What we collect
When you contact us or request an assessment, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email, company, phone number and message. Our website may also use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, prepare proposals and deliver the work you hire us for. California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information. To make a request, email info@maxais.com.
Client data in AI projects
- Client data is used only for that client’s project and is never used to train models for anyone else.
- We use AI providers whose business terms do not allow them to train on your data, and we document which providers touch which data.
- Access is limited to the people working on your project and removed when the project ends.
- For healthcare clients, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before handling protected health information, and we design systems to keep PHI out of tools that are not covered.
- At the end of an engagement, we return or delete your data on request and confirm in writing.
Our responsible AI commitments
- Measured before it ships. Every system is tested against agreed accuracy and safety checks on your real examples before launch.
- Explainable where it matters. Predictions that affect customers or money come with the main reasons behind them.
- A person stays in charge. Consequential decisions keep a human reviewer, and every automated action is logged.
- Monitored after launch. We track accuracy and drift over time and tell you when performance changes.
- Honest about limits. If AI is the wrong tool for your problem, we will say so.
